KRAMA: Somatic Praxis & Lineage

Olga Tzikouli

Visual Artist & Somatic Practitioner

Operating at the intersection of geometric research and somatic integration, my work draws on an international career in contemporary dance and two decades of pedagogical experience. The Krama curriculum harmonizes anatomical precision with structural alignment, calibrating the human body as a high-fidelity receiver.

The Lineage & Background

My pedagogical foundation is built upon a lifelong synthesis of movement disciplines, choreography, and focus-span mechanics.

  • Contemporary Dance & Choreography: A decade-long international career rooted in professional contemporary movement and formal dance education in England.

  • Structural Disciplines: Over twenty years of teaching experience, bridging the anatomical precision of Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, and contemporary movement systems.

  • Geometric Research: Fusing physical movement with visual art, treating the body not as a machine, but as living architecture defined by vectors, lines, and spatial mapping.

The Curriculum: KRAMA

Krama is a practical laboratory designed to release tension and return consciousness to the self-existing intelligence of the body. Through a refined synthesis of structural alignment, precise breath vectors, and stabilizing sound frequencies, this praxis restores the nervous system to its baseline of clarity.

The practice is offered in two distinct configurations depending on the community's experience

1. KRAMA: Deep Attunement (Foundational)

  • Phase 1: Anchoring. Focused breathing and acoustic tuning forks to steady the mind and ground sensory perception.

  • Phase 2: Alignment. Slow, deliberate core activation and geometric movement to open physical space and establish structural support.

  • Phase 3: Stillness. A conscious descent into pure rest and deep somatic integration.

2. KRAMA: Spatial Mastery & The Void (Advanced)

Optimized for advanced practitioners, movers, and intensive workshops.

  • Phase 1: Vector Focus. High-density breathwork and spatial vectors to shift brainwave states and activate deep neural clarity.

  • Phase 2: Geometric Integration. Advanced, continuous spatial mapping—translating the silent mind into complex physical architecture.

  • Phase 3: The Void. Total dissolution of form; a deep integration utilizing vocal resonance to ground the frequency within the physical vehicle.

Booking & Collaboration

The Krama curriculum is scalable and can be integrated into your studio schedule through multiple formats:

  • Weekly Classes: 60 or 75-minute sessions focusing on consistent, progressive attunement.

  • Masterclasses & Workshops: 90-minute to 3-hour immersive laboratories for deeper somatic mapping.

  • Collaboration Models: Available for fixed-rate bookings or standard revenue-split options.

Kurskonzept (Deutsch)
