The Description

KRAMA (Κράμα) is a highly technical, deliberate configuration of movement and science—an intentional alloy of structural alignment, deep kinetic memory, and mental stillness.

Operating in a unified group field, this 90-minute laboratory functions as a collective recalibration. We utilize a refined distillation of flow, core mechanics, precise breath vectors, and acoustic tuning fork frequencies to systematically discharge mental friction (Stivar) and return the nervous system to its baseline of clarity.
